Micro-Forecast: September 2 to 8, 2024

The New Moon in Virgo on Monday beings a new 27-day lunar cycle. Where Virgo is in your chart is where you can sort through and clear out that area of your life. This can be health issues, cupboard issues, financial issues, savings issues, or relationship issues. Virgo affords a clear and concise perspective as to what to do in any of these areas of one’s life. Since this New Moon is also opposite Saturn (also a once-a-year thing), being self-critical or feeling criticized by others is possible and if that is the case, do not allow it to affect you as everyone is experiencing this aspect.

Choosing activities that conserve energy while managing time is important, as this opposition can also make things seem more exhausting because you push yourself harder than at other times. selecting activities and managing your time so you don’t over exhaust your energies is also relevant. Not being perfect enough may come up frequently during this transit, so try to focus on the 95% that IS working. Think about that if you are in a managerial position and try remembering to emphasize the positive that your employees are doing along with ‘constructive’ criticism because people are more sensitive than usual during this time.

As the week continues, transit Mars moves into watery Cancer on Wednesday September 4. This works very well with the above aspect just mentioned and certainly helps the sleep patterns improve markedly since Jupiter and Mars were in Gemini in the last few weeks creating an assortment of things like respiratory issues, lack of sleep and distraction. With Mars in Cancer working with the planets in Virgo and Taurus and Pisces, things calm down allowing all of us to breathe and take a moment.

Mars in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces provide the much-needed traction for putting a list together and getting things done one thing at a time. Do this in the month of September because October revs up the energies as transit Mars eventually opposes Pluto and begins to slow down getting ready for its own retrograde in early December.

This is the month to ask yourself is all you are doing necessary. Are you holding on to so much that you can’t get anything done? the beauty of planets moving through Virgo is they have an uncanny ability to parse out what is truly important. With Pluto now in the last degrees of Capricorn for the last time, when is too much too much? Do you want more freedom going forward? If so, let go of things. Doing it in baby steps. In this way it doesn’t feel as traumatic.

I have been working on archiving all my classes, writings, and re-organizing the many classes I created over the course of fifty years. Thus, the reason for not taking clients right now. I have a talented team helping me with this overwhelming task. I learned something in the process. I love to create things, but once created, I move on leaving paper and files in their trail (even though I do have the digital copies).

On Saturday September 14, I am teaching: Decoding your Chart: Removing Blocks to Financial Abundance for the Tucson, AZ group. If you are interested in attending, here is the link to register. Also, be on the watch for my 2025 Starcycles Cheat Sheet in September. It has been a bit delayed since I had some health challenges in August but am back on track. Signing up for the FREE occasional newsletter or reading the weekly forecasts keeps you informed of what I am doing, where and when.

And, finally, I wish to create a shout-out to www.astrologyhub.com for the fantastic fundraiser they did of my Mastery Class on Rulerships and the supplement Q&A where I read certain charts submitted for the event. With their match, we raised almost $1000 for www.alexandriaibase.org our global astrological database cataloguing astrological materials. Amanda Pua Walsh and her wonderful group is serving the greater global community creating an awareness of this wonderful art form that we can really use to guide us – called Astrology.
