Holding to your center is a good thing to do these days. The last of the Aries eclipses at 9° Aries occurred on the 29th of March. The day after, March 30, transit Neptune entered the first sign of the zodiac signaling a new beginning at 00° Aries. This is the first time since just before the Civil War, and, now completing its 165-year cycle, it has returned to the same position. This is a little preview of things to come more convincingly in 2026. The preview of Neptune in Aries, getting its footing in this new sign is between now and October 23, 2025.  Between October 23 and January 20, 2026, transit Neptune again returns to the last degree of the zodiac at 29° Pisces offering opportunities to finally clear out those toxic thoughts, beliefs, lifestyles that no longer serve one’s spirit.

It is during this first fore into Aries that Neptune may flex its Martian muscles where all degrees of Aries personality energy is on display. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, the pioneer sign of the zodiac, which shows up at Spring Equinox. This is when new growth begins in the northern hemisphere. There are two sides to Aries. The less mature Martian energy is about wanting to have it only your way, self-centeredness, and the inability to hear when others try to communicate. The more mature Aries energy is like the gladiator who enters the ring and must forsake impulsiveness for strategic thinking – otherwise major loss and wounding can occur.

The issues around this last eclipse at 9° Aries is about calling forth one’s courage and with that honestly looking in the mirror and owning one’s wounds – whether psychological or physical. If we hide our wounds, they never heal. One can gain great wisdom and courage by embracing one’s wound and still doing what one feels is the right thing to do for one’s life, relationships, businesses, and community. This is not an easy task. It takes greater courage than one can fathom. Along with Saturn soon to enter Aries (briefly) at the end of May, actions will begin to right the wrongs or the confusion one has had in one’s life.

With the assistance of Neptune in fiery Aries, at least for the next few months, this is an opportunity to begin moving forward in one’s life, identifying a direction your spirit says you should take and doing the research and engage the planning for that very adventure. Watch impulsive buying or selling as the markets are also going to be very volatile during this adjustment period and since Neptune never really leaves the 29° Pisces to the 00° Aries turning point of the zodiac, completing all plans now may require a second think after the first of the year.
