The lunar eclipse on September 17 is 25° Pisces 40’/25° Virgo 40’ square Jupiter at 20° Gemini and conjunct Neptune. Intuition is your friend right now since Neptune sits on the eclipse point. Taking a class in the arts, music, photography, going to the theater, starting a new creative project you’ve wanted to start are all part of this eclipse energy. Making time this week to get away from the daily stresses on a regular basis is recommended. Things present much clearer direction for all of us – 90-days after the eclipse this week and the eclipse on October 2, around late December 2024. Let go of the extraneous. This is an effective way to begin a new direction going forward.
Mars is squaring the Nodes during this time, asking each of us to be a little braver, demonstrate more courage in our dialogue, standing up for what we believe is right without hurting others and listening, listening, and listening some more. Stop talking. Ask more questions. Say what is on your mind without being angry. These are all vehicles taking you on a journey to a place you’ve never been.
Full Moons are notorious for epiphanies because they are the most lit up of the lunar phases. An eclipse, though full in light, also has a shadow – what are you refusing to acknowledge or face that you know deep down inside of you must be faced? This isn’t easy and at the same time is a very powerful act fortifying spiritual and soul strength you’ve perhaps felt missing. Neptune on an eclipse point is also about bringing dreams into reality – one little step at a time – clearing the decks so there IS time to do that for which your imagination yearns.
