Micro-Forecast: June 17 to 23, 2024

June 17, 2024

If you had some new insights and figured out a new direction exciting you, that might be because the Sun and Mercury both aligned at 24° Gemini just a few days ago – a kind of ‘click’ in the imagination or being in the right place at the right time where you met the right people. This conjunction happens once a year in different houses of our charts. Wherever it occurred in your chart is where the ‘click’ is happening and where you are pushed to try something new and different that mentally challenges you.

It could be taking or designing a short training class, qualifying for a license, reading a different type of book, or setting a schedule where you do exercise giving your lungs a good workout since Mercury rules Gemini and Gemini has much to do with the hands, shoulders, and lungs. Funny thing – now that Jupiter is in Gemini (until spring 2025) notice how many vests are out in the clothing marketplace – why? Because vests go over the chest and lungs are behind the chest. Lungs are ruled by Gemini (just a little fashion heads up for those interested. But lest I divert.

The other point is that on Thursday June 20, the Sun enters tropical Cancer, or Summer Solstice, the longest day in the Northern Hemisphere. This enters the range of 90-days after the March 25, 2024, eclipse at 5° Libra 07’ and at 90° after that we often see, more clearly, the issue that confused or challenged us in late March. Brand new information comes forward regarding the issues that cropped up earlier in the year where we were blind sighted or unable to solve a situation.

Watch the end of the weekend when the transiting Sun comes into a hard square to that eclipse. During the following weeks, several planets will start their retrograde movements allowing more time to dive deeper into challenges for which there are no answers right now. The more important of the 90-days after the eclipses will fall around July 5, 2024, which is 90 days after the TOTAL Solar Eclipse of April 8, 2024. More on that one as we get closer to the date. For this week, ask lots of questions, make notes, don’t worry about the order, and keep that list for more answers as the Sun enters action-oriented Cancer on Thursday. Keep that list for the next few weeks as you will need it going forward.
