Micro-Forecast: February 5 to 11, 2024

February 5, 2024

On Monday, Mercury enters its exalted position of Aquarius. This happens once a year and continues through February 23, 2024. Mercury in Aquarius allows us to think rationally and in a very clever and innovative way. As it conjoins with Pluto this week, research is on the docket. Make those calls, or texts or send those papers and ideas. Engage with others brainstorming some of your thoughts for your future. Sometimes when we share our visions with others, we get help. Others know people who know more about the topic you are exploring – they network, and this is what Aquarius energy is about.

On Thursday February 8, transit Saturn gets back to the position at which it went retrograde on June 17, 2023. This puts you back on the planning track after you took care of some things that needed taking care of. I like it when a slower planet gets further into a sign – because it is finally comfortable in that sign. Anytime a slower planet is at the beginning of its transit, it stumbles until it finds its way. With Saturn finally back at 7 Pisces, its water energy begins working with transit Jupiter which is in earth (Taurus) until late May. Water and earth make bricks. But Saturn is in Pisces, so we are looking at making our imaginative ideas the bricks we need for building a future structure for which we don’t ‘yet’ have a plan.

I know this all sounds very airy/fairy to a lot of people but his is much of the theme for 2024. We can’t change the things that are unchangeable, but we can change our response, our attitudes, our habits to those things that impede growth. When I am in a consulting mode (I am off for a few more months) I often share this thought with clients. “What if the Sun decided to rise in the evening and set in the morning”? We would all have to change. You are the ‘Sun’ in your life. Where can you change your responses to others? Saturn in Pisces is about learning to say no and learning to be more discriminating about who you really can help and, unfortunately, letting go of the things or people who keep doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a completely different outcome. Karmically speaking, if we continue enabling behaviors (I know this is tough) then, nothing ever changes except that you get angrier and more exhausted over time. And if you believe that we come back (i.e., past lives) you aren’t doing your soul or theirs any service. Think about this as Saturn gets back on track this week. Remember the baby steps of change mentioned earlier this year.

News about the website: I am taking time off this year to build fifty years of my material and archive it in a way that is easily accessible. It is a daunting project, while extremely exciting. I was fortunate to find a wonderful team that not only teaches me new systems and methods but open up my mind to more fun ways of conveying the information to the public in a way that makes this art form relevant and useful in our lives. I know many have asked about when I will return to consultations. My suggestion is to make sure you read the weekly forecast (I will always keep you abreast of my events). But also sign up for the FREE very occasional newsletter here. Until then there is a referral list of particularly good astrologers on my consultations page.

Keep posted for news! I’m still here just re-inventing my life. I hope the same for you.

This is a short clip of a longer interview with Georgia in preparation for a workshop in 2024.
