We finally arrived at fall equinox a few days ago and it seems that things are particularly lively starting last Thursday and continuing through the next few weeks. You see transit Mars is in Libra, not its favorite place to be because Mars likes to argue and Libra doesn’t. I see a lot of frustration amongst peers and tasks, schedules, deadlines all being changed at the last minute or because someone didn’t ‘get the memo’ or something was lost in the mail or email. Yes, Mercury did go direct on September 15, but it won’t get back on the railroad tracks until September 30 and Mars following behind Mercury, you may find just as you finish one thing, another problem shows up – much like virtual whack-a-mole. This can be a source of frustration and angst and the need to just walk away from a situation, which is probably not the best way to handle this. Maybe take a few hours off or walk out of the office and get some fresh air (if you aren’t plagued with smoke in the air as we are in Northern California right now). Still, do something to put a little bit more play in your day.
Venus is still trying to get back to where she went retrograde back in late July. She IS direct now, but as she gets closer and closer to week’s end, she will be squaring transiting Uranus, which could make for some volatile issues that pop up in relationships and agreements, but…and there is always the other side of the coin so that when Venus and Uranus are square to each other, it could be a sudden ‘meet-cute’ with someone you haven’t seen for a while or a new friend or social situation that you’ve been thinking of doing, but never had the opportunity. A lot of you might be re-thinking things you purchased in these last few weeks and whether you really need those items and whose returns may relieve some financial pressure since you are far better at differentiating between what you really need right now rather than all the desires.
I look forward to week’s end when transit Mercury and transit Pluto will be in a lovely aspect to each other working with transiting Uranus/Jupiter – which means that a project you’ve desperately been trying to get off the ground, may finally have legs. Or perhaps you’ve been trying to find the right repair people and have been frustrated because you keep coming up empty. This can go for finding the right people that will assist you in your efforts to get more organized. This lovely trine brings in some positive opportunities to finally put those projects back on track.
Mars is getting closer to the South Node, so that struggle between getting angry and/or getting even is not worth all the energy you put forth. As Mars moves closer and closer to the 21st degree of Libra, which it will do on September 30, it begins to enter the range of the upcoming Solar Eclipse at 21̊ Libra on October 14. And during the week between October 9 and 16, that Mars squares Pluto. Purge harsh thoughts, try to maintain a kind of quiet spiritual practice during this time to dust away the hidden issues that have gone unspoken during this time. There is a mass push to purge what doesn’t work in these next few weeks. This is a good thing. It opens new opportunities and gives much more energy. And by the way, Happy Birthday to my son, Gus, on October 1 and to all my lovely Libra friends.
If you want to hear my workshop on Decoding Your Chart to overcome your blocks to Abundance, it was presented on September 19 and was very well received. If you would like to order that you can order just that workshop instead of the entire package. Here is the link on my Lectures & Events page.
And…the 2024 Starcycles Cheat Sheet is finally here with a full forecast for each sign of the zodiac for the year along with the color-coded guide that everyone loves.
