Micro-Forecast: July 10 to 16, 2023

July 10, 2023

Monday starts off with lots of changes. First, Mars enters Virgo today and makes a handshake with Pallas Athena who just entered Virgo on Sunday. Mars and Pallas combining their efforts of being motivating and making a solid plan. Strategy and Motivation get the ball rolling. Experts may have better information than those you’ve been consulting. Ask around for referrals.

The Last Quarter Moon this week, heralds the message to clean off your desks, get things sorted, clean up computers that have gotten too packed with too many duplicate files. Important because it may help you decide whether the piece of equipment you are considering can wait a while until the finances are in order creating more viable possibilities.

Monday is also when Mercury enters heart-centered Leo for a few weeks. Mercury in Leo wants to have fun, wants to speculate, take chances, and Pluto, now retrograde in Capricorn, tells Mercury to hold its horses and think before Mercury jumps into a new project.

Pluto is in Capricorn for several months now (squaring the Moon’s Nodes too) and unpleasant as it seems, Pluto may be a saving grace for many to review what’s working financially in one’s life right now. Housing (ruled by the Moon) is going through a major re-boot. Pluto squaring the Lunar Nodes could mean that pricing comes down, or people decide to just remodel or spruce up the homes or houses they are in – which could be a better idea, at least for now. Late summer could bring a change in interest rates meaning that housing availability improves.

Speculation is great, can be rewarding, but as always, is best when a financial plan is in place. Mercury is also squaring the Nodes suggesting that taking a class and sprucing up rusty skills is a solid idea that helps with the bigger changes coming at year’s end. Gaining knowledge is never a waste of time.
