Venus enters Gemini early this week and starts making lovely aspects to transiting Jupiter in Aries. This helps calm down usually anxious energy of Venus in Gemini because Jupiter in fire sign Aries helps balance out air energy Venus in Gemini’s need to know and do everything at the same time! The energy is there for doing whatever needs to be done. As the week comes to an end, we see the closing square (last quarter square) of the Moon on Thursday. This period between Thursday and the following week is an ideal time to wrap up whatever you’ve been trying to complete! This is important because as the end of the month draws closer, good preparation makes the tidal wave of change more seamless and, frankly, less stressful.
It will also be the first time Venus will be in a beautiful aspect to the newly ingressed Pluto in Aquarius. While I am writing this, it feels like a breath of literally fresh air, because these two planet work well together. Ideas click, desires are met, resources are there, support from others to accomplish something is there as well if you just ‘ask’. Most people don’t ask for the order or don’t make that reasonable request. This a perfect time for making as many reasonable requests as possible because many things are in flux and people are thinking – let’s make a change. They’re more open because everyone knows intuitively that some change must take place for larger transformation to occur. What one no longer needs or values may be the perfect time for you to pick that opportunity up because it is what you currently need or value. This gives you a three-day window to ask for those orders.
At week’s end Venus moves into a hard aspect to Saturn, which isn’t a terrible thing, but simply the need to take your newfound opportunity and figure out a way to implement it into your organization, your schedule, or your life. Sunday’s Jupiter in parallel (like a conjunction) to Chiron can also provide a coach or teacher or someone who knows how to blend technologies or ideas together providing you or your organization with much needed support. This is a great time to engage a coach or a consultant, as Mercury begins its retrograde motion in Taurus on April 21. More on that next week.
We are moving into a great ‘learning’ cycle over the course of the next few weeks with the recent Jupiter/Chiron alignment. On the weekend of April 21 to 22, I am one of several presenters for OPA. Each of us is talking about techniques we use in astrological analysis and there is a fabulous line up of teachers whom I respect and who, frankly, I am so pleased to be teaching with. My lecture will be on analyzing a company chart. OPA is the Organization for Professional Astrologers and has many programs working with mentors as well as classes and conferences that help you if you are interested in the professional side of Astrology and becoming a professional. They do a lot of great training programs and this is one of them. If you are interested, the link is: https://opaastrologyevents.org/ $175 Members, $225 Non-members.
