As promised, this week’s discussion includes some of the things we might expect or see with Jupiter’s recent ingress into Aries on May 10. In addition, on May 10, last week, Mercury, the planet of communications, turned retrograde at 5 degrees Gemini and goes direct on June 3 at 26 degrees of Taurus right on the eclipse point. So what does this mean?
First Jupiter entering Aries is about taking smart risks, and about energizing your soul’s core so that you can take on things you’ve been debating for months now since the beginning of 2022. Aries is ruled by Mars, which is the motivating planets of the Zodiac and though Mars is still traveling through the last few degrees of Pisces, it enters its own sign of Aries on May 24, but let’s not go there just yet.
In these next few days, like on May 17, Mars aligns with Neptune, which can bring one of two options. First, we can completely zone out or need more sleep or have a momentary inspiration of something one might like to do in terms of projects. However, it is also important to ‘listen’ to your intuition about things needing to be done around the house or office. Mars/Neptune alignments can bring in a vision, or, an insight to check something and it is important to follow through when you can to get whatever ‘that’ vision requires completion or the research to allow for completion.
Though Mercury is still retrograde, it does send off a lovely support line to good luck Jupiter on the 19th while the Sun in Taurus beautifully aligns with Pluto. Sun to Pluto can bring positive speculative information requiring extra research during this Mercury retrograde without making that all important final decision. Final answers or close to final answers arrive in the last ten days of May.
Whatever you can’t figure out may begin to sort itself out as the Sun enters Gemini, the problem solving sign, on Friday May 20 and aligns with its own ruler, Mercury, on Saturday May 21 offering the unique opportunity of seeing opportunities where you may not usually look. You may find yourself more conversant than usual, and more willing to take risks. This is particularly true with this new cycle of Jupiter in Aries giving you more courage as well as the ability to boldly ask for the order and sort out what needs sorting over the course of these next few days.
