Georgia sent this out last week to her newsletter subscribers, and wanted to also share it here during her Micro-Forecast Hiatus:
Hello Everyone!
This newsletter is actually being dictated instead of written because I have been in a cast on my right hand for several weeks now after surgery that was long overdue. This is the last of the one-year surgeries on the right arm, and I am looking forward to getting back into writing with my hands again. When this is all over, I will have a true bionic right arm.
Like with all of us, I have had to adapt in this last year and do the best I can considering the limitations that not only myself but everyone has dealt with.
Many of you have asked and called about why I am not taking private sessions right now and this is part of the reason, because it has been very difficult to type and calculate things without a hand. The other reason that I’m pulling back from private sessions right now is because I have a lot of classes that are due this fall needing development and I’m becoming painfully aware of the fact that I can’t do everything.
I spoke with one of my former clients just yesterday who asked if I was going to come back to taking private sessions and I probably will but not until after about the early part of February when I return to my home in St. Petersburg, Florida. Still I felt it was important to let you know why there’s been so many delays and so much silence, and it is because I’ve had to take care of myself.
I know you all expect the 2022 Starcycles Cheatsheet to come out at the end of August and it’s delayed this year until somewhere around mid September because of the above circumstances. I am letting you know I did not forget about it… it is actually in production as I speak and I beg your patience in its delay. I assure you, it will be out in September. It will still be the same price $6.95 and it will be listed at the website.
I also felt it was important to mention a few of the delays that everybody is experiencing in the last few weeks and that is because several planets have decided to go retrograde or, look like they are going backwards. Planets don’t really go backwards but they look like it and there’s always a kind of stop, look, and listen moment when that happens.
Today as I speak into my iPad, Uranus is retrograding… in fact it has been slowing down all week long. The sluggishness, the lack of people returning calls, the need to pull back to rethink ideas that you’ve had in the last six months, and the overall malaise has much to do with the Uranus retrograde as well as the Jupiter, Neptune, Chiron, and Pallas Athena retrograde between June 20 through August 19!
The other reason that Uranus is so stunningly difficult right now is that it is retrograde at a very critical degree in the Astrological cycle-14 to 15 degrees Taurus, fixed as my dear friend Elizabeth Barton recently mentioned! Because of all my changes in the last month it completely slipped through my brain that yes this 15° Taurus is a critical degree. Why?
For those of you who have read my books, Pushing through Time, or, Business Astrology 101, you are aware of my work with phase relationships between planets. The 14 to 15° at which Uranus is retrograde this year is considered to be right on the precipice of the Crescent phase of any cycle. It is not quite out of the New or Starting cycle where a lot of new ideas begin or a lot of new thoughts begin, and it has not quite entered the Crescent phase which is where you take those new ideas and figure out a way to climb through all the red tape that decides whether it is a viable idea or not. You try on a lot of different hats and see which one fits as you try to make changes that are not yet clear.
Sitting on any precipice begs caution anyway. It requires time (Saturn) and attention. There are many things that have been written about Uranus, much of which is about chaos, upheaval, unpredictability, extremism, and these are all of course true. However, the one thing I never read when referring to Uranus and all the terrible things that he supposedly does, is that he does NOT act out, if, in fact, the things that are no longer working structurally are allowed to break away. When we hold onto the things that we really do know are not working, is when Uranus magically brings in opportunities out of the blue that you least expected. Yes that is exactly how he operates.
There is a strong connection between Saturn and Uranus. Uranus is outside of the visible field of our planetary system. It wasn’t even discovered until the late 1700s. They knew something was out there because every time a planet was in its arc, things got a little chaotic. Once telescopes became more and more refined they saw Uranus and saw that it was not only out there as another very large planet but also a planet that orbits on its side! A true rule breaker and outlier from the get go…something often attributed to people having a lot of Aquarius in their charts or lots of aspects to Uranus.
Saturn, which is within the visible field of the planets, is very structured with its rings. It represents many things. We often hear all the dark and difficult things of Saturn like it’s inflexibility, rigidity, rules, unbending energy, darkness, but we don’t see the positive side of Saturn which is also the anchor of the planets. Saturn is what will get you through dark and difficult times. Rules and structures are made so that society can function but societies and lives change…this is when the rigidity of Saturn is good but also bad at the same time. This is when Uranus acts out in an explosive manner.
However, when one becomes aware of what no longer works in ones life and sets to trying to make changes, this is when you receive a more positive response from Uranus where suddenly things take a powerful and sometimes even magical turn as you look at other ways of doing things. Many of those ideas are quite promethean in scope.
The battle between these two planets are the chaos you see in the world right now. Uranus is a much slower moving planet and the slower planets always seem to win. Again, the only time Uranus will act out is when outworn structures aren’t released. This is not to say that all structures have to go. Only the ones aren’t working will ultimately find their demise, it’s just a matter of time really.
The bottom line on this newsletter, as Uranus stations retrograde, is to review what in your own life or business is outworn. It is important to let go of those things that no longer work for you that are creating all the anxiety and stress and adapting in some new way. Adaptation is the key as we go through this very crazy cycle . Uranus does not go direct until January 18, 2022 so there is time to make a few changes!
The changes may have already started this week because we are also in the 90 day period after the big eclipse of May 26. Between now and September 11 a lot of changes will happen. Those 90 day periods after the eclipse is when life brings sudden changes. People act out, we rid ourselves of the things that are no longer useful, and the good news is you begin organizing your life in a brand new way. It happens all over time and there is movement.
So with that said, as best as one can when speaking into a computer, I wish you a wonderful rest of summer as you move through September. I have a lot of classes I’m teaching in September. If you are an astrologer or you are interested in astrological information, I am speaking to the Aquarian Organization of Astrologers online. Saturday, September 11 From 9 AM until noon Pacific time, and 11 AM to 2 PM central time, and you can register for this at info@astrologykansascity-aoa.com. The topic for that workshop will be eclipses and their importance in timing and prediction. This is one of my favorite subjects and I do a pay attention to them as noted in many of my newsletters.
The following Monday night September 13, I’m also speaking for the same group on Currency: Where did it come from and where is it going? Time: 5 PM to 6:30 PM Pacific time, and 7 PM to 8:30 PM central time. You can register at the above link or go to our website for more information at www.starcycles.com.
There are more events in October and November and December and not all are listed at the website yet, but will be. Again thank you for your patience in my not getting the cheat sheet out as quickly as I would like it to go out. It will come out in September. I may even go to Facebook (where I’m not very regularly) to announce it. If you check our website in the next few weeks you’ll see it there and you can just download it directly into your computer or iPad or phone.
And finally….we sometimes lose sight of the shore for a very long time while changing and adapting. What’s amazing is that eventually you do see the shore again but It isn’t always the same shore. It is where you were meant to be.
Warmly, Georgia
