Micro-Forecast: April 19 to 25 2021

April 19, 2021

Life begins to slow down as the Sun enters Taurus along with Mercury entering Taurus on Monday. This is a welcome combination after the hectic energies of these last weeks. A lot of decisions for moving forward with new plans were made in the earlier part of April and continue through the Full Moon of April 26.

Over the next few weeks with the Sun and Mercury and Venus all in Taurus, it could feel slow compared to this last month, but there is something to be said about slowing things down and taking time to smell the roses and focus on completion. This is the beauty of fixed earth (Taurus) — it seems slow, but it does finish what all that Aries energy starts (but doesn’t always finish). As each of these moves closer to the end of Taurus, they all work well with Pluto, who transforms those things holding value and whose structures are substantive.

Solid ideas with a workable plan make headway as we get down to decisions about home construction projects or re-organizing our estate affairs or re-financing something to reduce interest rates. There is less distraction when this many planets are in Taurus and a lot better sleep pattern too.

Thursday’s Earth Day is when Venus and electrified Uranus join. This sudden conjunction can create a mini volatility for a day or two, and it can also be that moment in which an important meeting takes place and/or spontaneous ‘meet-cutes’ occur. Venus/Uranus combos only happens once a year — and this conjunction can sometimes throw a plan off the rails, but there is something in that moment that shifts something in a plan or relationship or meeting that is like a refresh on the computer. A sudden surprise regarding a financial opportunity and/or a sudden ‘oops’ regarding a financial misstep are possible, but this happens so there is a slight readjustment allowing a braider audience or demographic for whatever your plan or idea might be. Impulse spending or impulse purchases can also happen — this is another side of this combination.

Friday offers the opportunity to revisit an idea presented on Thursday as Mercury conjoins Uranus. The ‘better’ idea or the person who knows the rest of the story acting as your personal consultant is more available on Friday to add value to ideas. Once you find that person, sit down with them on Saturday April 24 and hammer out a concrete plan as Venus and Saturn are saying, “Do the tough stuff first — then take time off tonight” and then get back to the rest of the planning on Sunday as Mercury and Saturn are helping you finish the plan.

Perhaps you need some insights about the potential future. This is the perfect weekend to share some fascinating ideas on finance and the future and I am part of the OPA 2021 Virtual Conference: Astrology & the Great Awakening on Thursday April 22, 2021. If you are interested, you can register at: https://opaastrologyevents.org/

Here is hoping some of the ideas our group of Professional Astrologers will spark thought and movement.
