Micro-Forecast: April 5 to 11, 2021

April 5, 2021

This week highlights relationships as Venus and Mars are in a lovely aspect with each other on Tuesday April 6. The aspect is a sextile and the definition of a sextile — a 60-degree distance between planets — is there is a combination of an opportunity with one’s abilities. Since Mars is in Gemini, part of this relationship combo requires active conversations about values and whether you agree on the values or not. Since Venus is always about values, then relationships that have staying power, operate better when the people involved share the same values. We can love people deeply, but the ability to sustain a long-term relationship has everything to do with shared values. The conversations required during this time are about truthful exchanges of what those are for each person involved in either personal or professional relationships. We must understand each other’s ‘way’ of being and decide from there. Communication is important in relationships and everyone communicates differently — so — again listening patiently when you have those conversations is important. Mars is still in Gemini and may try to shift the conversation for one person when the other person still hasn’t completed their thought.

Friday’s Mars challenges Neptune on Friday. Neptune’s dreamy state requires activities that are less verbal and more visceral. Can you create an activity with others that meets both the intellectual as well as the creative or imaginative needs? A stroll through in nature is a perfect choice as Mars in Gemini needs fresh air to clear and build up the lungs and walking near water, meets the need of Neptune. If you can step away from the hustle and bustle of the week and get back to nature Friday, this makes your Saturday and Sunday far more productive.

In fact, Friday is the day to take off work and then get right back on it on Saturday. Saturday is ‘Saturn’s day’ and on Saturday, transiting Saturn and Mercury are in close alignment prompting a very efficient opportunity for finishing a project or a writing assignment or finishing that final exam or essay and meeting a deadline that you’ve been putting off. Timing is good for this as Sunday April 11 is the New Moon (new starts) at 22◦ Aries. A New Moon in Aries kicks the year off for new directions, new ideas, new types of exercise, new adventures, and fiery movement. [I am teaching the April Lunation month for www.astrologyhub.com this month]. Watch some of the videos on Facebook if you can as April is my portion of the year in which I teach for this remarkable organization.

I am also presenting a lecture for Mayo School of Astrology (UK) on Saturday, April 10. Title: Black Swans, Animal Spirits and Unchartered Lands. Wendy Stacey does a great job with her one-day conferences and for more information on this event, please contact: wendy@mayoastrology.com Or…go to the URL: https://mayoastrology.com/product/10-april-the-year-ahead-astrology-and-finance-day/
