Micro-Forecast: May 25 to 31, 2020

May 25, 2020

Are you having a challenging time remembering things, items, systems? You are not losing your mind. The Sun is in Gemini and ruled by Mercury, which is also in Gemini. The last few days and throughout this week Mercury (thinking and processing) has been in an adverse aspect to Neptune offering two things. One is fuzzy brain but the other is inspiration through alternative realities like dreams, meditation, or just taking a walk without listening to a podcast.

Mercury continues through Gemini until 2:06 pm (Eastern time) Thursday May 28 when it enters Cancer. Until June 18 Mercury is direct and offers opportunities to do the things that the sign of Cancer likes doing. Some of these are working on your homes or work spaces, learning to cook, clean out the pantry, or share items, taking care of upkeep with your homes and gardens, and if we are able to slowly re-enter some sort of normal schedule, perhaps donate items from the many weeks of sorting and setting aside items.

Over the course of the next few weeks, starting on June 5, there will be three eclipses. Eclipses are a great way to see things from a different lens, alternate perspectives and examine what we intuitively feel rather than what we think. They have a way of shining light on the shadows of our existence and be honest with ourselves. Since the eclipses will be starting in Gemini and Sagittarius there is a great deal of mental activity regarding which actions to take and which actions to wait. But more of that next week even though you might feel it coming this week.

The week begins with Memorial Day and there are many who have passed away to which we need to be grateful, many which changed our lives acting as mentors, teachers, writers, or just our dear neighbors and family and those like family who have always been there at the right time and at the right place. Remember them — we lost many this year and today is about remembering them.
