This lecture was presented at Breaking down the Borders and is a basic lecture on what a solar arc is and why it is important to use them. It also explains how very easy they are to use and there is a small comparison between Secondary Progressions and Solar Arcs showing the difference before we dive into some examples. Solar Arcs involve one’s outer life. You can calculate solar arcs using your computer but…the beauty of them is that you can ballpark them when you don’t have calculation materials available. Enjoy! This was one of the topics I taught at Kepler College in the Undergraduate program. I find them to be very accurate particularly within six months of their hit and when they are exact.
